Following our meeting, planning and coordination services will be quoted based on the scope of the project and the level of support requested. If you simply wish to receive ideas, recommendations, venue suggestions, travel guidance, or planning advice and choose to handle the booking and execution yourself, the consultation fee is the only charge.
For clients seeking ongoing planning, coordination, or event management services, the consultation fee will be applied toward the total project cost when booked within 30 days.
